Working and living in the Music City afforded boundless opportunities to network with people in the music industry. Given his culinary talents and contagiously upbeat personality, it is no wonder that Brandon eventually found himself working as a touring chef for musicians and bands such as Jason Aldean, Zac Brown Band, Florida Georgia Line, John Mayer, and WWE.
Nashville native Brandon Crosby has an extensive and interesting resume, full of culinary experiences that run the gamut. After earning a degree in culinary arts from Faulkner State in Gulf Shores, Ala., Brandon trained under Chef Gerhard Brill, former Sous Chef for Emeril Lagasse at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans and Executive Chef at the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Ala.
That training in Cajun and creole cooking was just the beginning for Brandon.
After reconnecting with high school friend Casey in Nashville, Brandon moved to Huntsville, Alabama, where Casey was living and working. Brandon and Casey eventually married and, at Casey’s urging, started their own company in 2014. Shortly after, they welcomed baby Wyatt in April 2015 and baby Henry in August 2017.

After providing catering services for thousands of people in the entertainment industry, Brandon considers no job too big or too small. Brandon's main focus is to create delicious, engaging, and enjoyable dining experiences that bring people closer together.
As the Owner, Director of Talent, Sales & Marketing, and CEO, Casey tackles a broad range of needs throughout the day, including being a mommy, creative proposal writing, managing high-end client events, planning the marketing calendar, and overseeing general operations. Before starting Chupper Time Catering, Casey was the Supply Chain & Logistic Site Manager at PPG Aerospace. Casey’s experience in managing guest and employee engagement is at the highest level.
