When you're fortunate enough to experience a meal crafted by a highly trained, award-winning chef—who also happens to be one of the most generous, down-to-earth people you could ever meet—that’s when you get something truly special in Brandon Crosby.
Brandon’s culinary journey is rooted in relationships, and his success is a testament to the power of connecting with others. His exposure grew even more through appearances on shows like Food Network's *Cooks vs. Cons*, where his expertise and authenticity shone through. For Brandon, it’s never just about the food; it's about the people, the connections, and the joy of sharing his craft with others. Learn more about Brandon's exciting moments on TV here.
Working and living in the Music City afforded boundless opportunities to network with people in the music industry. Given his culinary talents and contagiously upbeat personality, it is no wonder that Brandon eventually found himself working as a touring chef for musicians and bands such as Jason Aldean, Zac Brown Band, Florida Georgia Line, John Mayer, and WWE.
Nashville native Brandon Crosby boasts an extensive and fascinating resume, brimming with culinary experiences that span a wide range of styles and techniques. After earning a degree in culinary arts from Faulkner State in Gulf Shores, Alabama, Brandon honed his skills under the mentorship of Chef Gerhard Brill, a former Sous Chef for Emeril Lagasse at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans and Executive Chef at the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama.
This foundational training in Cajun and Creole cuisine was just the beginning of Brandon's culinary journey. Known for his instinctive approach to cooking, everything Brandon touches seems to turn to gold. He doesn't rely on recipes; instead, he cooks by taste, much like a musician plays by ear—letting his intuition guide him to create dishes that are nothing short of exceptional.
After reconnecting with high school friend Casey in Nashville, Brandon moved to Huntsville, Alabama, where Casey was living and working. Brandon and Casey eventually married and, at Casey’s urging, started their own company in 2014. Shortly after, they welcomed baby Wyatt in April 2015 and baby Henry in August 2017.
